dc.description.abstract | Nurses are a component that has an important role in providing health services in hospitals, especially during a pandemic. Lack of work motivation of nurses can hinder the work of nurses. This type of research is descriptive research which is carried out by direct interviews at the research location, namely H. Adam Malik General Hospital in October 2021 until completion. The population of this study were all nurses in the emergency room Rindu B3 RSUP H. Adam Malik with a sample size of 25 people. Based on the research results, it was found that the level of work motivation of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic where the indicators of working environment conditions were mostly in the high category (96.0%), the most salary/wages indicators were in the high category (96.0%), the correlation indicator most interpersonal are in the high category (60.0%), and organizational policy indicators are in the high category (92.0%). The highest level of work motivation for nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic was in the high category (96.0%). It is hoped that the H. Adam Malik Hospital in increasing the work motivation of nurses, can make activities that can foster a sense of kinship between nurses, pay attention to the benefits/intensives provided are in accordance with the work of nurses, pay attention to equipment and cleanliness of the hospital environment, and update SOP according to the current situation. | en_US |
