The results of this study are proven by testing, namely: The validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple regression analysis. Based on Multiple Regression Analysis shows that there is a significant influence of the work spirit variable (sig = 0.000), initiative (sig = 0.002), and responsibility (sig = 0.001) that the equation Y = 8.578 + 1.063X2 + 1.022X3 + 1.417X4 is obtained, from this equation there is a constant of 8.578 means if the work enthusiasm, initiative, and sense of responsibility are zero, then the value of the dependent variable, namely the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety goals in the inpatient room of the Haji Medan General Hospital is still equal to 8.578.
