Implementasi Program P2K3 Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Kecelakaan Kerja pada Pekerja PT. Tunggal Mitra Plantation Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Tahun 2022

Abstract

Work accidents can be prevented by having a K3 program at every company that is included with a culture of occupational safety and health, PT. Tunggal Mitra Plantation implements the P2K3 Program including: K3 training, Safety Briefing, and Use of PPE. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the P2K3 program as an effort to prevent work accidents for PT. Tunggal Mitra Plantation, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir in 2022. This research method uses a qualitative method, which is a method that obtains data using research theory by means of interviews. The results of this study are P2K3 programs such as: OHS Training, Safety Briefing, and the use of PPE have not gone well because there is still a lack of awareness of workers/employees in complying with the programs or rules that have been made and the P2K3 Team lacks supervision. It is recommended that the Company and the P2K3 Team provide training to new workers/employees and emphasize that each worker/employee follows the rules that have been made and makes a schedule for supervision.
