Analisis Pengendalian Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja dengan Metode HIRARC di PT. Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk PPB Sumatera Utara Tahun 2023

Abstract

PT. Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk PPB North Sumatra is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry. Its main activity is the production of piles and electricity poles. The production process has potential hazards to its workers, so companies use Hazard Identification and Risk Control (IBPR) to identify hazards and reduce work accidents. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC) is one way to identify potential hazards contained in each type of work. The purpose of this study is to determine hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control with the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC) method at PT Wijaya Karya Beton. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The subject of the study was the Hazard Identification and Risk Control (IBPR) data report. Data collection techniques are field observation and secondary data. Descriptive data analysis using domain analysis methods. The results of the study obtained the identification of hazards there were 46 hazards in 25 work processes, moderate risk assessment as much as 32 (69.6%) and high risk assessment 14 (30.4%), risk control was carried out in accordance with the control hierarchy to reduce unsafe action and unsafe conditions. Conclusions and suggestions need to conduct periodic IBPR evaluations, so that risk control is effective and there are no cases of work accidents. PPE equipment should be adjusted to the type of work done because there are still discrepancies in wearing PPE.
