Pengaruh Penyuluhan Melalui Media Audio Visual Animasi Pendek terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap tentang Gizi Seimbang pada Siswa SDN 060814 Medan
Abstract
One of the causes of nutritional problems and poor nutrition attitudes among elementary school children is a lack of knowledge about nutrition. Alongside with the Nutrition Guidelines in Indonesia which have undergone changes so that many do not know that the slogan 4 sehat 5 sempurna (4S5S) is actually no longer used and has changed to Balanced Nutrition Guideline (PGS) which is described as a Tumpeng of Balanced Nutrition which until now has not been well conveyed. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of counseling through short animated audio-visual media on knowledge and attitudes about balanced nutrition in students of SDN 060814 Medan. This type of research is a quantitative research with Quasi Experiment Research using the One Group Pre-test and Post-test Without Control design. The sample in this study were 66 students at SDN 060814 Medan. In the results of the study there were significant differences in knowledge and attitudes about balanced nutrition (p <0.05) before and after counseling through short animated audio-visual media. The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of counseling through short animated audio-visual media on increasing the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about balanced nutrition.
