Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (PROLANIS) pada Penderita Hipertensi di Puskesmas Teladan Tahun 2023
Abstract
Hypertension is one of the deadliest chronic diseases in the world, based on WHO data for 2021, which is estimated to be 1.28% of adults aged 30-79 years worldwide suffer from hypertension. Based on the 2018 BPS, hypertension is one of the second biggest diseases in all Medan City Health Centers. One of the efforts made by BPJS Kesehatan to tackle hypertension is implementing a chronic disease management program (PROLANIS). This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach method. The population of this study were all hypertensive patients who took PROLANIS and did not take PROLANIS at Teladan Health Center. The number of samples taken was 70 samples with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, research analysis using the Chi-square fisher's exact test with a level value of α = 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p=<0,001), the role of health workers (p=<0,001), and family support (p=<0,001) and the use of PROLANIS in hypertension sufferers, while there was no relationship between attitudes (p=0,272) with the use of PROLANIS in hypertension sufferers. Hypertension sufferers who do not take advantage of PROLANIS because their families are not involved in supporting the program. In conclusion, the factors related to the use of PROLANIS in hypertension sufferers at the Teladan Health Center in 2023 are knowledge, the role of health workers and family support. It is suggested to Teladan Community Health Center health workers to increase counseling related to chronic diseases and re-run gymnastics, the importance of family support in supporting hypertension sufferers to take advantage of PROLANIS.
