IntroductionHypertension, which is known as a disease characterized by high
blood pressure, is a disease that can be the root of other diseases. Hypertension
can be influenced by consumption patterns Objective.To get an idea of the amount
of sodium intake of outpatient hypertensive patients who receive treatment at the
community health center.Method.The study carried out was descriptive, namely a
cross sectional research design. In this study, the sample used in this research
was outpatient hypertension patients at the community health center completed in
October 2023 who were taken using consistent sampling.Results.The sodium and
fiber intake of outpatient hypertensive patients at community health centers is
completed by the majority less than 70% of the nutritional adequacy rate and
excess fat than recommended.Conclusion.Overview of sodium and fiber intake of
hypertensive patients at public health centers. Completely insufficient and
excessive fat intake.
