Hubungan Karakteristik dan Motivasi dengan Kinerja Bidan dalam Pelayanan KB di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe Tahun 2023
Abstract
Family Planning Program (KB) as one of the national development programs has a very important meaning in the effort to create prosperous Indonesian people and reduce the rate of population growth in Indonesia. Based on data from the BKKBN for 2021, it is known that the number of couples of childbearing age (PUS) in Indonesia is 39,655,811 couples. The number of couples of childbearing age in Aceh is 928,018 couples. The Banda Sakti Community Health Center ranks 5th lowest for the achievement of active family planning participants with 76,621 people or 58.92%. The number of couples of childbearing age at the Banda Sakti Health Center is 130,022 couples. The type of research used is survey research which is analytic in nature using cross sectional method. The population of this study were all midwives in the working area of the Banda Sakti Health Center, totaling 30 midwives. Data obtained by interview using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test. The results of the study using the Spearman Correlation Test showed that the variables age (p = 0.003), responsibility (p = 0.010), utilizing feedback (p = 0.000) and looking for opportunities to realize plans (p = 0.003) are related to midwives' performance. While the variables of years of service (p = 0.473), having realistic goals (p = 0.295), having a work plan (p = 0.591), and being willing to take risks (p = 0.067) show that there is no relationship with the performance of midwives in family planning services. It is hoped that the Lhokseumawe City Health Office can provide support in fulfilling facilities in the form of personnel, infrastructure and budget for the success of the family planning program. The Head of the Banda Sakti Health Center can provide rewards in the form of giving incentives to midwives to improve performance in fulfilling the scope of family planning services and for midwives to motivate people who have not participated in the family planning program.
