Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Perawat di RSUD Dr Djasamen Saragih Kota Pematang Siantar Tahun 2022
Abstract
Hospitals as organizations that provide nursing services need nurses with a good commitment to improve the optimization of nursing services. Commitment is a form of dedication or obligation that is binding on another person, a certain thing or a certain action. One of the components in increasing nurse commitment is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional state that results from a person's assessment of his experience or work itself. Data on the performance indicators of rsud dr. Djasamen Saragih both in terms of BOR and BTO has decreased and is still far from the standards of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Based on pre-research interviews, it was found that several things were basic commitment problems for nurses. The phenomenon is thought to be related to the aspect of nurse job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction (Additional Wages, Awards, Work Procedures, Main Duties, Additional Duties, Communication and Environmental Conditions) on the commitment of nurses at RSUD dr. Djasamen Saragih Kota Pematangsiantaar in 2022. This research method is a survey with an explanatory survey type that highlights the causal relationship between research variables. The results of this research found that there are 4 variables of job satisfaction that have an effect, namely main tasks, additional tasks, communication and work environment conditions on the commitment of nurses. There is a positive influence on the variables of the main task, communication and work environment and a negative influence of the variable of the task on the commitment of the nurse. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence of the main task variables, communication and environmental conditions and the negative influence of additional task variables on the commitment of nurses at dr. Djasamen Saragih Hospital, Pematangsiantar Tahin City 2022. The suggestion in this study is for rsud dr. Djasamen Saragih to improve the main tasks, communication and working environment conditions and improve / minimize the additional duties of nurses.
