dc.description.abstractAfter graduation, many things are already planned by every fresh graduate, such as finding a job. The increasing competition in the world of work is becoming a demand for fresh graduates to get a job that is one of the causes of stress on fresh graduate. So making fresh graduate should have a good coping ability according to the circumstances it experiences. Stress coping consists of two types of stress coping: problem focused coping and emotion focused confrontation. This study was conducted to look at the picture of coping stress on fresh graduates who are looking for work in the Field. The subject of this research is a fresh graduate who is looking for a job in the field. Participants in this study (N=50) coped stress measurements using the Brief COPE Inventory measurement tool from Charles Carver (1989) consisting of 14 sub-scales. The results of this study showed that coping stress in fresh graduates mostly falls into the category of emotion focused problems.en_US
