Generation Z employees, those born between 1997 and 2012, are reported to be more likely to change jobs and have turnover intentions than employees from previous generations. This study examines the effect of quality of work life on the turnover intention of generation Z employees using quantitative methods. Data collection was conducted by distributing google forms to 350 employees aged 21 to 26 years who live in Medan city. The data collection method uses the Likert scale method, namely the quality of work life scale and the turnover intention scale. The results showed that quality of work life has an effect of 40.6% on turnover intention, where an increase in quality of work life will be followed by a decrease in turnover intention. Quality of work life negatively affects turnover intention. Simple linear regression in this study resulted in the equation Y = 138.416 + (-0.725X). This finding shows that if companies can provide good quality of work life to their employees, then they are less likely to have turnover intention.en_US
