The purpose of this research is to look at the relationship between self-efficacy and
self-adjustment in blended learning in University of North Sumatera Faculty of
Psychology students. More higher is self-efficacy then more higher is selfadjustment.
Students who have high self-efficacy will meet academic demands and
requirements with confidence in their capabilities to achieve adjustment to the
blended learning method. The subjects in this study were 148 students from
University of North Sumatera Faculty of Psychology in Educational Psychology
class. The measuring instrument used in this study is the GSE (General Selfefficacy
Scale) by Ralf Schwarzer and Matthias Jerusalem based on aspects of
Bandura and self-adjustment scale by Haber and Runyon. This research method is
a correlational study using the Pearson Product Moment test. The results of the
research analysis showed that the value of r = 0.339 and the value of p = 0.000,
which means that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and selfadjustment
in University of North Sumatera Faculty of Psychology students.
