dc.description.abstractThis study aims to describe the workforce agility in millennial generation employees in Medan. This research used was descriptive quantitative method. The subjects used in this study were 349 employees who are domiciled in Medan and born in 1980-2000. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The data collection method uses likert scales. Workforce agility scale which is compiled based on aspects of workforce agility by Sherehiy et al. (2007), proactive, adaptive, and resilience. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS version 26 for windows. The description are made based on age, education level, work institution, and job position. The research show that the workforce agility for 348 millennial generation employees in Medan, 296 employees (84.8%) are classified as high level and 53 employees (15.2%) are classified as moderate level. Millennial generation employees in Medan who have workforce agility in high category are aged 23-28 years with the latest education level being equivalent to a bachelor degree, who work as staff/teaching staff in private institutions.en_US
