dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and career maturity in class XI students at SMK X in Medan. This research uses quantitative research methods with a sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. The sample for this research was 100 students of class XI at SMK X in Medan using a sampling technique, namely nonprobability sampling. The data collection method uses a scale consisting of a scale of self-concept and career maturity. The data analysis method used is the Pearson's Product Moment method. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between self-concept and career maturity in class XI students at SMK X in Medan, there is a coefficient (r) of 0.525 with a significance of 0.000. This means that the better your self-concept, the better your career maturity. Conversely, the worse the self-concept, the worse the career maturity.en_US
