Career maturity is the attitude and cognitive readiness to make future choices. This is related to exploration or knowledge about the job of interest. So that you can achieve success in completing career development tasks. One of the factors that influences career maturity is peer support from Minang migrant students at the University of North Sumatra. This research aims to see whether there is a role of peer support on career maturity among Minang migrant students at the University of North Sumatra. The sample in this study consisted of 158 Minang migrant students at the University of North Sumatra. The sampling technique uses techniques accidental sampling. The measuring instruments used are the social support scale based on the theory of Sarafino & Smith (2011) and the career maturity scale based on the theory of Super (1992).
