The data used were secondary data in the form of medical records including patient characteristics and laboratory examination namely Age, Gender, HbAlc. Fasting Blood Sugar Levels. Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure. Data analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test using the SPSS program. Results. From the calculation of eGFR there were 67 Type 2 DM patients with CKD out of a total of 100 patients. The results of the analysis test showed that there was a significant relationship between risk factors, including Gender and HbAlc on the incidence of CKD in Type 2 DM (p<0.05). Conclusion.
