The research was conducted using 100 respondents as subjects and used a psychological scale compiled by the researcher himself. Using correlation product moment data analysis with the help of JASP, research results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between self-efficacy and stress caused by academic pressure in students at the University of North Sumatra Class of 2019 who had participated in the MBKM KKNTD program and were working on their thesis, namely of -0.215, (p < 0.001). This means that the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the stress caused by academic pressure. Conversely, the lower the self-efficacy, the higher the stress caused by academic pressure.en_US
