| dc.description.abstract | Stress is an emerging condition caused by environmental demands, resulting in reactions such as biological, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral. Students can experience stress that comes from environmental demands in the form of academic pressure. Academic pressure can come from the learning process, while the learning process in this study is kurikulum merdeka’s learning. Kurikulum merdeka’s learning requires students to be able to develop soft skills and character, understand essential material, and create projects. This study aims to determine the description of stress in students with kurikulum merdeka’s learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjungbalai. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. 160 Students became subjects in this study. The measuring instrument used is a stress scale compiled by researchers based on aspects of stress by Sarafino & Smith (2017), namely biological, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral. Descriptive analysis resulted in a mean of 85,95 and a standard deviation of 13,79. The subject's maximum score was 119 and the minimum score was 28. The results showed that there were 20 (12.5%) students with low-stress levels, 115 (71.88%) students with moderate stress levels, and 25 (15.62%) students with high stress levels. | en_US |
