dc.description.abstract | Resilience is an important component in students who live in dormitories. Having high resilience, students will be able to survive in a dormitory environment until they are declared to have graduated. This research aims to see the role of gratitude on the resilience of Gen Z who live in the Tunas Bangsa Soposurung dormitory. This research involved 138 student subjects taken using the Random Sampling method. The research method is a quantitative research method with data collection using a Likert scale. The research scale for measuring resilience is a scale from previous researchers which was prepared based on Connor & Davidson's resilience theory and the gratitude scale was prepared based on McCullough's gratitude theory. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis which shows a value of (0.001) < 0.05 which indicates the role of gratitude in the resilience of Gen Z who live in the TB Soposurung boarding school. Gratitude makes an effective contribution of 30% to Resilience. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the gratitude, the higher the resilience of Gen Z who live in the TB Soposurung boarding school. | en_US |
