Millennials have high expectations for support, meeting needs, careers and achieving satisfaction at work, which is the reason for millennials to move and get a better job. This research was conducted to examine the effect of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on job hopping intention among millennial generation employees in Indonesia. The scale contains job hopping intention, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction involving 373 millennial employee participants in Indonesia who were analyzed using a quantitative multiple regression approach. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant negative effect on job hopping intention. The implication of this research is to carry out a series of activities to increase organizational and strategic support as a form of company clarity for employees to reduce job hopping.
