Achieving company goals will not be possible without good performance from employees. Good employee performance cannot be separated from the job satisfaction felt by employees, and therefore it is important to ensure that employees remain satisfied by paying attention to the factors that cause employee job satisfaction. Two factors that can cause job satisfaction are engaging leadership and organizational communication. Based on this, researchers conducted research to determine the effect of engaging leadership and organizational communication on job satisfaction. This research uses multiple regression tests. Data was collected using a scale and tested on 200 samples. The sample in this research was employees of PT Matahari Agri Bersama. The research results show that engaging leadership and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. It was also found that the majority of employees have low job satisfaction, so companies are expected to make efforts to increase employee job satisfaction so that employee performance can be optimal and organizational goals can be achieved.
