Gambaran Psychological Capital pada Mahasiswa yang sedang Menyusun Skripsi
Abstract
Students have the obligation to complete their education when they have entered the final stage of lectures which is characterized by the ability to complete a thesis. About 77% of students who are preparing their thesis experience stress, anxiety, depression and even suicide, overcoming this psychological capital consists of self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilency. This study took a sample of 386 students working on thesis throughout Indonesia, which was taken using non-probability sampling techniques using the purposive sampling method. The scale used is the psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ). The number of items is 15 with a reliability of 0.939. The results showed that the general picture of psychological capital in students who are working on a thesis is in the very high category. A total of 262 people (68%) were in the very high psychological capital category, 87 people (23%) in the high category, 21 people (5%) in the medium category.
