dc.description.abstractStudents have the obligation to complete their education when they have entered the final stage of lectures which is characterized by the ability to complete a thesis. About 77% of students who are preparing their thesis experience stress, anxiety, depression and even suicide, overcoming this psychological capital consists of self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilency. This study took a sample of 386 students working on thesis throughout Indonesia, which was taken using non-probability sampling techniques using the purposive sampling method. The scale used is the psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ). The number of items is 15 with a reliability of 0.939. The results showed that the general picture of psychological capital in students who are working on a thesis is in the very high category. A total of 262 people (68%) were in the very high psychological capital category, 87 people (23%) in the high category, 21 people (5%) in the medium category.en_US
