Hubungan Self Efficacy dengan Kematangan Karir Siswa Kelas XI SMAIT Al Fityan Medan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between self efficacy and career maturity of class XI students at SMAIT Al Fityan Medan. In planning a career high school students require career maturity, in the process of achieving career maturity, self efficacy or confidance. The subjects in this study were 141 students of SMAIT Al Fityan Medan. The measuring instrument used in this research is the self efficacy scale which is based on the Bandura’s theory (1997) and the career maturity scale which is based on the Super theory (2007). The research data was analyze using Pearson Product Moment. The results of data analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between self efficacy and career maturity of class XI SMAIT Al Fityan Medan with a value of r = 0.608 with a significance level of p = 0,000. This shows that the higher the self efficacy of the students, the higher the career maturity of students.
