    Abstract
At the end of 2019, a new type of virus was discovered, namely the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and the disease was called Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID -19). This virus first appeared in the city of Wuhan and quickly spread throughout the world. The number of cases in Indonesia is increasing rapidly so that the government makes a health protocol policy, namely 5M. The implementation of health protocols in the community is still lacking so it needs better handling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The number of research samples as many as 98 people using simple random sampling with data collection obtained through observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis was carried out by describing the research variables. The results showed that the availability of infrastructure for implementing health protocols was not good, because the facilities in public places were still very lacking, such as in traditional markets or street vendors without the availability of running water, hand sanitizer and temperature checking (92.9%) and the village government's concern is also lacking, seen from the never distributing free masks from the village government (57.1%), the implementation of regulations in the health protocol is not good seen in the living environment where sanctions are not implemented properly (51.0%) , the implementation is stated to be very poor. Judging from the fact that traditional markets and street vendors do not apply social distancing and temperature checks (100%), information exposure can be stated as poor. This can be seen from the absence of socialization related to information on how to prevent and control COVID-19 about 5M by ODP in charge of health (56.1%), Compliance can be declared non-compliant. Judging from the community is not obedient to carry out Work From Home (90.8%). It is hoped that the Punie Village apparatus and officers will always be consistent in making appeals and providing the facilities needed in implementing health protocols.
