Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kelelahan Kerja pada Supir Travel CV Sinar Rapand Sibundong Sibolga-Medan Tahun 2023

Abstract

Work fatigue is a physical condition of the body, activities and weakened motivation to do work. Fatigue is a condition where the body's strength to carry out the same activity is reduced and the efficiency of work performance decreases. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with work fatigue in CV travel drivers. Sinar Rapand Sibundong Sibolga - Medan 2023. The population in this study was 32 travel drivers. The sample in this research was a total sampling of 32 respondents. The measurement method for work fatigue uses the Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire. The method for data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis and uses the Rank-Spearman statistical test. The results show that there is a relationship between physical workload variables and work fatigue in CV drivers. Sinar Rapand Sibundong, with a p value of (0.000 < 0.05), there is a correlated between the variable sleep quality and work fatigue in CV drivers. Sinar Rapand Sibundong, with a p value of (0.000 < 0.05), there is a correlated between the carbohydrate nutrition variable and work fatigue in CV drivers. Sinar Rapand Sibundong, with a p value of (0.031 < 0.05), there is no correlated between the nutritional variable fat and work fatigue in CV drivers. Sinar Rapand Sibundong, with a p value of (0.886 > 0.05), there is no correlated between the protein nutrition variable and work fatigue in CV drivers. Sinar Rapand Sibundong, with a p value of (0.426 > 0.05).
