Evaluasi Program Keluarga Harapan dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Siantar Timur

Abstract

Poverty is a problem that is still in the world's spotlight. In Indonesia, the government created a program aimed at overcoming the problem of poverty, namely the Family Hope Program, but in reality, in the field, the implementation of this program still has many problems. This research aims to evaluate the Family Hope Program in an effort to improve the welfare of the people of East Siantar District. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data was analyzed qualitatively using the evaluation theory approach put forward by William n Dunn with six indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. . The results of the research regarding PKH in East Siantar District, it can be concluded that the process of implementing PKH cannot be said to be running well in accordance with the objectives of PKH. There are still many problems in the implementation of PKH such as invalid data, duplicate data, fictitious data, inappropriate targets and deletion of data on PKH recipients, so the implementation of the Family Hope Program should be transparent with the community so that they know how much nominal they should get and why they should receive it. discontinued as a PKH participant.
