(Supervisor: Ir.Syahrizal MT) To achieve harmony of goals between employees and companies or projects, companies or projects can pay attention to security factors, safety, health and sustainability and the work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Environment, Security, safety, health and sustainability, Job Security on Employee Performance at the Kebun Bunga Stadium Complex Revitalization Project, Medan City, North Sumatra. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, research instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, regression coefficient, hypothesis testing with the SPSS version 26 application program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that the work environment, safety, health and sustainability, job security have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kebun Bunga Stadium Complex Revitalization Project. Based on the results of the t test, it is obtained that the t value of the work environment is 2.145> t table 1.725 and 0.044 < 0.05, the t value of safety, health, work sustainability is 2.474> t table 1.725 and 0.022 < 0.05, and the t value of work security is 3.831> t table 1.725 and 0.0001 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis states that all three have a positive effect partially on employee performance. F test, obtained F count> F table or 17,352> 3.13 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis states that the three together have an effect on employee performance on the Medan City Flower Garden Stadium Complex Revitalization Project.
