Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) is one form of Community-Sourced Health Efforts (UKBM) that is managed and organized from, by, for, and with the community. Based on a preliminary survey that has been done, it is found that the Posyandu Berngam is a Posyandu whose toddler visit coverage is still low, which is an average of 30 (37%) visits from 81 toddler per month. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the satisfaction of mothers of toddlers with the utilization of posyandu toddlers. The type of research in this study is quantitative. Research using observational type with a cross sectional study approach. The sample amounted to 63 mothers of toddlers taken using non-probability sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then data analysis using univariate and bivariate statistical analysis. The results showed that as many as 32 mothers of toddlers (50.8%) were satisfied with posyandu services while on the contrary there were 31 mothers of toddlers (49.2%) were dissatisfied and there were 35 mothers of toddlers (55.6%) utilizing posyandu and 28 mothers of toddlers (44.4%) did not utilize posyandu. Based on bivariate tests in this study showed that there was a relationship between the satisfaction of mothers of toddlers about posyandu services with utilization of posyandu with a p value = <0.0001. Posyandu officers and cadres to further improve the quality and quantity of work.
