| dc.description.abstract | Unergonomic work postures, such as unnatural body positions, can lead to
MSDs, especially in the neck. Swallow nest cleaning workers perform work in a
sitting posture. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of
work attitude and length of service with neck pain complaints in swallow friska
adfees home industry workers. This type of research is a quantitative study using
a cross sectional design. The number of samples was 30 workers. Data analysis
techniques using pearson product moment test. Measurement of work attitude
using the Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA) method and neck pain complaints
using the Neck Disa-bility Index (NDI) questionnaire. The results showed that the
work attitude of workers was 86.7% of workers had REBA scores in the medium
category, while 13.3% of workers had high scores. There is a relationship
between work attitude and neck pain complaints with a p value = 0.040 < α =
0.05 Ho is rejected with a correlation coefficient value of 0.378 which means the
relationship between variables is low with a positive relationship direction and
there is a relationship between working period and neck pain complaints with a p
value = 0.000 < α = 0, 01 Ho is rejected with a correlation coefficient value of
0.825 which means the relationship between variables is very strong with a
positive relationship direction and for home industry workers friska adfees
swallow can take advantage of rest time for muscle stretching, and it is hoped that
the company can provide time for workers to relax for 5-10 minutes to facilitate
