Analisis Implementasi Program Pencegahan dan Pegendalian Hipertensi di Puskesmas Pantai Labu Tahun 2023

Abstract

Hypertension prevention and control services are very important because the weakness of these services in UKM is mediated to be one of the causes of high morbidity, increased health risk factors, and environmental damage. The purpose of this study is to describe the organizational resources in the Puskesmas working area according to Permenkes No.43 of 2019 on the prevention and control program of Hypertension disease at Puskesmas Pantai Labu in 2023. This type of research is descriptive using qualitative research design. The data collection methods used are in-depth interviews and observation. The results showed that the prevention and control services that have been carried out so far have not been optimal and this is influenced by inadequate organizational resources such as: still limited number of health workers, demographic conditions that are remote and too wide, inadequate means of transportation and the inactivity of the community to attend activities that have been made by Puskesmas Pantai Labu. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Deli Serdang Regency Health Office will consider adding infrastructure and conduct advocacy and coordination on a regular basis and for Puskesmas Pantai Labu to meet the needs of health workers for equipment, guidelines related to hypertension services in accordance with existing standards, and for the community to participate more and take advantage of hypertension prevention and control services provided by Puskesmas Pantai Labu.
