In Bogak Batubara village there are several marine products such as fish, shellfish, shrimp and other marine biota. Bogak Village is located in a coastal area where every region of Indonesia that leads to the sea is a coastal area. Some of the coastal communities in Bogak village manage these marine products into salted fish, mackerel and kepah kinting. Some of the people in Bogak village who process marine products are entrepreneurs, because they look at their income and already have the workforce. The people of Bogak village become craftsmen who process sea products such as processing salted fish, mackerel and kepah kinting. Processing sea products such as salted fish, mackerel and kepah kinting requires several stages and processes to become or can be produced and utilized and become an income. the community in Bogak Village. This data was taken from marine product processing entrepreneurs in Bogak village and workers or craftsmen processing seafood and using interview and observation methods. The research findings are to find out how the stages in the processing of marine products such as salted fish, mackerel, kepah kinting use salt as a preservative and how the labor, capital and marketing of processing these marine products. Entrepreneurs processing these marine products, especially for kana about 15 people in sin, 3 people in mackerel and 25 people in kepah kinting. These workers are temporary workers and some of these workers are families and the community of Bogak village. For marketing, the entrepreneurs process these marine products and distribute the goods to the Kartini market. This Kartini market is a place where tokes or middlemen gather and market to various areas such as Siantar, Medan, Riau. With the existence of these seafood processing entrepreneurs, they have added field work to the village of the Bogak community. The findings from this research highlight how the economic system exists in Bogak Village from production to distribution and also the community members in Bogak Village who participate in this economic system. | en_US |
