dc.description.abstractQFD (Quality Function Deployment) is a method that has a positive impact on companies and is a tool and technique that is free to study specific data collected from consumers. To produce products that meet consumer expectations, quality improvements are needed which can be done through a production process control. Based on the output of data processing in SPSS that tests the validity of all questionnaires or all question items significantly correlated with the total score (declared valid) while the reliability test of all questionnaires is reliable or reliable as a data collection tool in research.
