The high number of sea cucumbers taken on an ongoing basis by the community will cause the population of sea cucumbers in Malahing waters to decline. This research aims to analyze sea cucumber diversity, report sea cucumbers and the relationship between environmental parameters and sea cucumber diversity in the seagrass ecosystem in Malahing Waters. This research was conducted in Malahing Waters, Bontang City, East Kalimantan in January-February 2023. The sampling location was drawn perpendicularly using the purposive sampling method, by forming a 1m x 1m plot carried out horizontally. This research has two stations with different characteristics. The average value of sea cucumber diversity obtained was 3.30 and 3.63 in the high category. The average uniformity value is 2.45 and 2.29 in the high category. The average dominance value is 0.33 and 0.30 in the low category. The relationship between physical and chemical parameters and sea cucumber diversity based on PCA analysis in Malahing Waters is positively correlated with temperature, brightness, DO, salinity, pH, depth and C-organic.en_US
