Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Usahatani Jagung (Zea mays L.) (Kasus : Desa Sei Mencirim, Kecamatan Sunggal, Kabupaten Deli Serdang)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze income levels and factors that influence corn farming income in Sei Mencirim Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method for determining the research area was determined purposively or deliberately. The theory used is income theory to determine the level of corn farming income and multiple linear regression to find out what factors influence corn farming income in Sei Mencirim Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with primary and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is the accidental sampling method, interviews using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research explain that the average level of corn farming income in Sei Mencirim Village is Rp. 9,696,360/Ha Per planting season, simultaneously the F test explains that the independent variables of fertilizer costs, land area, labor and selling price influence the dependent variable income. Partially, the independent variables fertilizer costs, labor and selling prices have a significant effect on the dependent variable income, while the other independent variables land area do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable income.
