This research aims to analyze the employee wage system implemented at PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam, to analyze differences in income levels between positions at PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam and to analyze the level of employee satisfaction with basic salary, premium/overtime, bonuses and leave guarantees at PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis methods and Likert and scoring methods. The results of this research conclude that the employee wage system on PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam plantations is in accordance with the company's standard work agreement with employees at the start of work; differences in income levels between employee positions/positions at PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam is not very high and the level of employee satisfaction at the PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam plantations regarding basic salary is classified as quite satisfied, the level of employee satisfaction at PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam plantations regarding premiums/overtime is classified as satisfied, the level of employee satisfaction at PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam plantations regarding bonuses is classified as satisfied, and the level of employee satisfaction at PT. Gunung Melayu Kebun Batu Anam plantations regarding leave guarantees is classified as very satisfied.
