This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of workplace bullying on work stress in new employees at the Indomaret company in Medan. This research uses quantitative research methods with a sampling technique, namely Accidental Sampling. The sample for this research is new Indomaret employees who have worked for less than 2 years and positions under Supervisor, totaling 91 people using a Non-Probability sampling technique. The data collection method uses a scale consisting of the bullying scale (NAQR) and work stress scale. The data analysis method used is product moment. The results of the research show that there is an influence of workplace bullying on work stress in new employees at the Indomaret company in Medan, there is a coefficient (r) of 0.142 with a significance of 0.000. This means that the higher the bullying experienced by new Indomaret employees, the higher the work stress experienced by new Indomaret employees.
