dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine the influence of affective commitment and psychological contract on turnover intention among members of the Exchange Student Organization of Bina Antarbudaya. This research uses quantitative research methods with saturated sampling techniques. The sample for this research was members of the Exchange Student Organization of Bina Antarbudaya, totaling 88 people using a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling. The data collection method uses a scale consisting of an affective commitment scale, a psychological contract scale, and a turnover intention scale. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this research indicate that there are an influence between affective commitment and psychological contract and turnover intention among members of the Exchange Student Organization of Bina Antarbudaya, based on the significance value (Sig.) and F Calculation in the F test, it is known that the Sig. is 0.000 and F Calculation (12.437) > F Table (3.94), Affective Commitment (X1) and Psychological Contract (X2) simultaneously has a positive effect on Turnover Intention (Y). This means that the higher and more positive the affective commitment and psychological contract of the members, the lower the indication of turnover intention among the members. Conversely, the lower and more negative the affective commitment and psychological contract of members, the greater the indication of turnover intention among members. | en_US |
