Pengaruh Psychological Empowerment terhadap Workforce Agility pada Karyawan PT Pos di Kabupaten Dairi
Abstract
This research aims to see the effect of psychological empowerment on workforce agility on PT Pos employees in Dairi Regency. The subjects in this research were 52 employees of PT Pos in Dairi Regency. This research use quantitative research methods. The data collection method was uses Likert scale, which is the psychological empowerment scale and the workforce agility scale. The psychological empowerment measuring tool uses a modified scale from the scale developed by Spreitzer (1995) and the workforce agility measuring tool uses a modified scale from the scale developed by Sherehiy at al., (2007). Research data was collected using questionnaires and google forms. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is to use a simple regression analysis method. The results of this research show that psychological empowerment has a positive effect on workforce agility among PT Pos employees in Dairi Regency. Psychological empowerment can influence workforce agility by 44.2%. These results show that the higher the level of psychological empowerment in employees, the higher the level of employee workforce agility.
