Nurse scheduling is a critical issue in hospitals. Optimal scheduling is necessary since nurses play a significant role in hospital companies that offer healthcare services. In this instance, Goal Programming is utilized to address nurse scheduling issues with the purpose of minimizing variable deviations by taking into account nursing demands as supplementary constraints in addition to hospital regulatory restrictions, which serve as the primary barrier. LINGO software completes this concept. When LINGO software and the Goal Programming paradigm are used, greater outcomes are achieved than when manual schedules are used..en_US
