Analisis Risiko Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dengan Metode Job Safety Analysis (Jsa) (Studi Kasus : Proyek Pembangunan Vihara Prasadha Jinadhammo)
Abstract
The implementation of JSA generally aims to identify potential hazards in each work activity so that workers are expected to be able to recognize these hazards before accidents or occupational diseases occur. This research aims to find out what potential hazards exist in each activity and find out their control in the Prasadha Jinadhammo Monastery construction project. This research uses a descriptive method, which is a research method designed to collect information about the conditions that are currently occurring. The main purpose of descriptive research is to describe the nature of the conditions that are running at the time the research is carried out and check the causes of a particular symptom. The benchmark of this research is the standardization that has been made by Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Based on the results of research obtained from distributing questionnaires that have been analyzed by validity tests, reliability tests and Relative Importance Index (IKR) values. The data that has been analyzed can be concluded that in the validity test all variables are valid, in the reliability test all variables are reliable and the IKR value is known to be data with a Very Important factor. So it is concluded that K3 control efforts on the Prasadha Jinadhammo Monastery construction project can be applied and have a positive effect on worker performance
