Situational low self-esteem is a condition in which individuals who previously had positive self-esteem experience negative feelings about themselves in response to an incident. In general, patients with low self-esteem will have feelings of fear of failure when involved in social relationships. Management of situational low self-esteem patient nursing care with the NANDA, NOC, and NIC approaches. The diagnoses made were hopelessness, situational low self-esteem, and sleep pattern disturbances. The NOC on the diagnosis of hopelessness is hope. Situational low self-esteem is self-esteem. In sleep pattern disturbances, namely sleep hours. NIC on the diagnosis of hopelessness is spiritual support. At situationoanal low self-esteem is self-esteem enhancement. In the diagnosis of sleep pattern disorders is the importance of adequate sleep.
