Pola Rekrutmen Calon Anggota Legislatif Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya Sumatera Utara pada Pemilu Legislatif Provinsi Sumatera Utara 2024

Abstract

The reseach discusses the recruitment pattern of the geromdra party in north sumatera in preparation for the 2024 election. This research aims to understand how the Gerindra Party recruits cadres and legislative candidates, as well as the strategies the use in facing upcoming elections. The research method involves interviews with the party members, and prospective legislative candidates form community leaders. The results of this study reveal that the Gerindra Party relies on a combination of internal and external recruitment to fill key positions and also determining factors in determining legislative candidates to run in the 2024 Legislative Election. This research provides important insight into the political dynamics in North Sumatera ahead of the 2024 election and the contribution of the Gerindra Party to the democratic process in North Sumatera.
