Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan Gangguan Interaksi Sosial pada Remaja Korban Bullying Verbal di Kelurahan Tanjung Rejo

Abstract

Adolescents are the population in the age range of 10-19 years. Adolescents tend to feel that they are no longer children but are not yet able to take responsibility for themselves and society Adolescents will be faced with the principles given by the family. The behavior and psychosocial development of children can be disrupted if the socialization of values instilled by the family is not applied by the child. Bullying is a phenomenon that often occurs in the social environment. One of the impacts of bullying on adolescents can be impaired social interaction. The methodology in this writing is a case study of case management of nursing care for clients with impaired social interaction in adolescent victims of verbal bullying in Tanjung Rejo Village. Implementation was carried out for four days. This senior practice report aims to carry out implementation on adolescent children with a diagnosis of social interaction disorders by providing mental health support to adolescents through education and psychoeducational therapy, by empowering clients and families through education and psychoeducational therapy can help families fulfill children's developmental tasks during adolescence which is the first step to overcoming these problems. The results of providing this nursing care show that children have been able to interact gradually and families have understood how to care for children with social interaction disorders. Nursing care during adolescence can be recommended to be carried out in health services by empowering families through education and psychoeducational therapy for the achievement of children's developmental tasks so that it becomes one of the efforts to prevent mental health problems in adolescents.
