Abstract

Cancer is one of the non-communicable diseases which is a health burden throughout the world Cervical cancer is cancer that occurs in the uterine cervix, an area in the female reproductive organs which is the entrance to the uterus which is located between the uterus (uterus) and intercourse holes (vagina). Cancer is characterized by the presence of abnormal cells that can grow uncontrollably and have the ability to attack and move between cells and tissues of the body world health agency The World Health Organization mentions cancer as one of the main causes of death worldwide. The general objective of this senior practicum is to improve students' ability to apply the knowledge they have acquired during the educational process and to apply nursing care to patients with disorders of the reproductive system of cervical cancer. Nursing care was carried out on 11 July-24 July 2023 for 3 patients by providing nursing care both psycho, social and spiritual for patients, providing health education about cervical cancer. Nursing care performed on patients with cervical cancer runs effectively. The success of this nursing care is evidenced by the fact that patients say they can recognize their disease and are able to overcome it using the information provided. It is recommended for families to check for early detection of cervical cancer at least once a month to minimize cases of cervical cancer.
