    Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention (Studi pada Karyawan Divisi Penjualan PT. Astra International,Tbk – Toyota Auto 2000 Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan)

    Abstract
    Turnover intention is an employee's desire to leave the company. Factors that can affect turnover intention such as workload and work stress. The lack of companies in understanding the level of turnover intention can make companies lose valuable talents that have been built by employees who decide to leave the company. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on turnover intention. The effect of workload and work stress will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on turnover intention in employees of the sales division of Auto 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan branch. The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the sales division of Auto 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan branch totaling 38 people with sampling techniques using saturated sampling. Primary data obtained through direct questionnaire distribution and secondary data obtained through literature study. The analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination test and processed through SPSS Software. The results of this study indicate that Workload has no significant effect on Turnover Intention, a calculated value of 1.641 < 2.030 with a sig value of 0.110 > 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient value of 0.238. Job Stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention, a calculated value of 3.997 > 2.030 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient value of 0.355. In simultaneous testing, Workload and Job Stress variables simultaneously influence with an influence level of 31.7%, while the remaining 68.3% is influenced by factors outside this research model.
