Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien Histerektomi atas Indikasi Kanker Serviks di Ruangan Maternitas RS Prof. Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Hysterectomy is a surgical procedure performed to remove the uterus, either partially or completely without the uterine cervix. The purpose of this senior practicum is to apply nursing theories and concepts, especially maternity nursing in managing and providing nursing care to hysterectomy patients for indications of cervical cancer. Nursing care was carried out on July 11 July 21 2023 for three patients with an age range of 41 58 years. Based on the nursing problems found in patients, nurses carry out nursing care starting from assessment, analyzing problems, planning, and carrying out nursing actions as well as nursing evaluations that refer to objectives and outcome criteria. The results obtained after nursing care were carried out, the three patients responded very well. Patients understand about cervical cancer and hysterectomy, patients can apply deep breathing and distraction relaxation techniques, and patients can understand infection prevention so that the patient's condition gets better. It is recommended to patients and families to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle.
