| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to explore and identify the role of Bintara Pembina Desa (Babinsa) in community empowerment and its impact on the quality of life in Urban Village. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive study to gain in-depth understanding of the Babinsa's role and its impact. Findings indicate that Babinsa plays a strategic role as a bridge between the community and authorities, particularly in planning and implementing empowerment programs. They not only provide technical guidance but also support active participation of residents in empowerment activities. Additionally, Babinsa is responsible for monitoring and evaluating program implementation, ensuring sustainability, and reporting progress to relevant parties. The role of Babinsa extends beyond security aspects to encompass broader community development. With this significant role, Babinsa can make a positive contribution to improving the quality of life in communities. This research provides a deeper understanding of the dynamics of interaction between Babinsa and the community in the context of empowerment, laying the foundation for enhancing the role of Babinsa and the effectiveness of empowerment programs at the urban village level. | en_US |
