Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan Pola Hidup Bersih Sehat (PHBS) pada Anak SD MIS Al Mukhisin Desa Bangun Sari Tanjung Morawa dengan Metode Edukasi
Abstract
Appearing as a disease that often attacks school-age children (age 6-10), it turns out that it is generally associated with PHBS. The prevalence of PHBS in SD Mis Al Mukhisin, Bangun Sari Tanjung Morawa Village, found that 12 students (100%)in1class had never weighed and measured TB anderadicated mosquitoes and 4 students(33%)still liked to eat random snacks outside ofschool. The aim of this study was to be able to carry out community nursing care for groups of school-age children with PHBS at Mis Al Mukhisin Elementary School, Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa. This writing uses a descriptive writing method in the form of case studies and a nursing process approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, action plans, implementation and evaluation using 12 samples of school-age children with PHBS. The data collection technique used is assessment and implementation for 3 days, after that determine the problems that arise, plan actions, carry out actions, and evaluate the results of actions. The results of the plansthat were carried out during the visit showed that the problem of lowPHBS behavior at schools was related to the lack of student interest in PHBS behavior, namely the increased interest of studentsincarrying out PHBS according to PHBS indicators atschool.Therefore, it is necessary to provide education to prevent bad PHBS in schools. This can be overcome by providing counseling about PHBS in schools and measuring BB and TB and practicing the correct 6 steps for washing hands and teachers and UKS cadres always reminding and supporting the implementation of PHBS in schools to improve health status.
