dc.description.abstractSectio caesarea is a surgical procedure for taking out a baby, then a woman will enter a period known as the puerperium. Puerperium is a postnatal recovery period during which the whole reproductive organ recovers before the next pregnancy, with nifas’s period of about 6 to 8 weeks according to individual body conditions. The senior practice goal is to provide nursing care to nifas’s mother with a post sectio caesarea. Methods used in senior practice are interviews and direct observation to patients. The senior practice involved 3 patients such as Mrs.S, Mrs.D, and Mrs.E. The patient has been given implementation according to the patient’s complaints. Implementation made on the basis of established interventions. The achievement of success from interventions can be obtained from collaboration between health workers, patients, and patient’s family. The conclusion of this senior practice is that nursing care provided has been well resolved. The author suggests that nursing care for postpartum mothers with post sectio caesarea be improved in order to improve the quality of life of patients.en_US
